October 21, 2004

• Homeowners: 28 homeowners (not counting spouses), either in person or via proxies

This was the 2004 annual meeting of the Estates of Shady Hollow Homeowners’ Association. After Deborah Treece called the meeting to order, Allen Gunter confirmed that a quorum was not present so no business could be conducted. The meeting was then adjourned, with a second meeting to be held on Thursday, November 18, 2004.
