of the Board meetings are
open to any Association member who wishes to attend.
Meetings are generally held on the 3rd Thursday of
each month from 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM at Texican Cafe. If you wish
to attend please contact one of the board members so we can put you on
the agenda and confirm date and times.

Thinking of Improving Your Property? It is the responsibility of the Architectural Control Committee (ACC) to approve all construction and development in the Estates of Shady Hollow. Their job is to ensure that plans meet the CC&R's. If you are contemplating a change to your residence, take a look at the ACC FAQ's to get an understanding of what is expected by the ACC in your application for a change to the exterior of your dwelling or grounds.
